What our respite families say...

“I spent 2 weeks here in respite care. The home was well staffed and the staff were well trained. Many residents had dementia and the staff were caring, compassionate and patient. The managers were very involved in day to day caring, as were the chefs, the maintenance staff and ancillary staff.”

“My Mum has recently been In for respite the care she has received has been exceptional. All the staff are kind, helpful, friendly and caring. The home has a wonderful homely feel to it. The food and cleanliness of the home is excellent. There is always something to do each day to keep them occupied. I would recommend the home to family and friends. My Mums stay was good for her and she would go back in the future.”

“My 1st time used respite care, I really like the care plan arrange. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of using respite care package, you should do it, because it gave you the opportunity to rest a bit from looking after your love one for a long time. You still can visit your love one at the care home at anytime. I would do it again, if I need a break.”

“I was cared for with kindness and dignity, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly staff everywhere, never too busy for a friendly word. Very polite and caring.”
