I can’t speak highly enough of this care home. My mum has been here for the past 3 months, and the standard of care has been outstanding from day one. The staff are genuinely kind, compassionate, and attentive – not just to my mum, but to all residents and their families. They made a real effort to help mum settle in, taking the time to understand her needs, routines and preferences. Their knowledge and experience really shine through and they’ve always been ready with helpful advice and reassurance during what could have been a difficult transition. Thank you to the whole team, it’s clear that you truly care about the wellbeing and dignity of the people you care for.
