Rose Cottage Care Home is our small, traditional and well-established care home in Broughton, a peaceful rural village just outside Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, gardens, and calm outdoor spaces, we provide a homely setting where residents can feel settled, known, and supported. As part of Greensleeves Care, a leading not-for-profit care charity, we place people before profit and focus on care that feels personal, consistent, and reassuring.
We provide residential, dementia, respite, end-of-life care, as well as day care, with support tailored to each resident’s needs, routines, and preferences. Our long-standing managers and team take time to understand the people living at Rose Cottage, from daily care needs and favourite meals to hobbies, memories, and the little things that bring comfort. Because we are a smaller home, we can build close relationships and provide care with patience, warmth, and dignity.
Rose Cottage is rated Good by the CQC in all categories, and we are the number one charity-run care home in the Huntingdon area based on independent reviews on carehome.co.uk. Our 38 en-suite wetrooms are all on the ground floor, with many offering access to courtyards, landscaped gardens, or peaceful outdoor areas. We also provide our residents with the reassurance of a flexible trial period, along with our unique Home For Life funding assurance.
