“My mother has stayed twice so far for respite care. The staff have been lovely; welcoming, supportive and interested in her and us. She was well cared for, and whenever I visited or other friends visited we were also welcomed. There seems to be a core staff team who are permanent staff (not agency), which is a real strength I think. The bedrooms are en-suite and peaceful, there is a lovely spacious dining room looking over the garden, and the garden is a real gem: my mother liked sitting out there with us.”
