Greensleeves Care is a charitable, social care Trust providing residential and nursing care throughout the Midlands, East and South of England. We currently operate 24 homes and care for over 900 residents.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Resident Experience Coordinator reporting to the Director of Quality and Compliance. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a comprehensive process of gathering, analysing and reporting on feedback from our residents, relatives and partners in the delivery of care.

The Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Substantial experience of working in the social care setting ideally in a position that involved working directly with both staff and residents and their relatives.
  • Experience analysing and reporting on information is essential.

The position is head office based but will involve travel across all the homes with in the Greensleeves Care Portfolio.
