Kingston House is a beautiful purpose-built care home set in an enviable position in the village of Derry Hill just outside Calne in Wiltshire.

The purpose of the Deputy Manager role is to assist the Registered Manager in the management of the home in accordance with the policies and procedures of Greensleeves Care and to take overall responsibility for the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.

You will need to be trained to at least QCF (NVQ) level 3 or equivalent and will have:

  • Relevant experience of working and supervising staff within a care home.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • An ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workload (essential).
  • An excellent understanding of the needs of older people
  • Knowledge and experience of person centered care.
