The Deputy Manager’s role is a key position in the Home which combines hands on care work with operational management of the home. You will be working closely with the Home Manager to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care, using a person-centered care approach.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Trained to at least QCF (NVQ) level 3 or equivalent
- Relevant experience of working and supervising staff within a care home.
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- An ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workload is essential.
- Must have an excellent understanding of the needs of older people and person-centered care.
