What you’ll be doing As a Care Assistant in our Care Home, Henley House you will work alongside a team of dedicated Care Assistants who support residents with their daily needs, anything from food and drink and following care plans to ensure that each of our residents receive the correct care and support. Like everyone at Greensleeves, Care Assistants will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents as well playing your own part in creating an environment that’s warm, welcoming, and vibrant.

What you’ll need You’ll need to have compassion, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills to join us as a Care Assistant. If you have that, then you don’t need any specific care knowledge as we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. Above all, you’ll have real compassion for all our residents to deliver the highest standard of care and support. With proven ability and experience in safe administration of medication. Where you’ll be working Henley House is a brand new 66-bed luxury residential and dementia care home in Ipswich, Suffolk. It contains a superb range of facilities including a cinema, sky bar, tea room, garden room, several sociable lounges and dining areas.
