I started working in care as a care assistant in 2011, since then I have completed my NVQ 2,3 and 5 to gain progression.
My dream job as a Deputy Manager by the sea came up in April 2016 and have been here since. I feel that I am part of a great family. Grosvenor House is a lovely home where the residents receive person-centred care.
