I started working at Grosvenor House as a volunteer in May 2018, I enjoyed meeting the residents and learning all about them through listening to their interesting life stories. I became the Activity Coordinator in August 2018 when the post became available.
I get immense job satisfaction by seeing the residents smile which they do a lot of with the activities I have arranged for them which are resident led. This year we are planning to make the activities even better and more enjoyable for both residents and their families.
