Hi, I am Emma and I am General Manager at Henley House.
I am a dual qualified nurse and following my qualification as a RGN at the Royal Isle of Wight School of Nursing, I completed my Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualifications at Brunel University.
I have worked in various roles within health and social care since qualifying including commissioning care homes, completing turnaround projects and working as a registered Manager. My passion in care is improving the quality of care for the elderly but especially for those living with dementia.
In my spare time I love rugby, supporting Saracens RFC and England and combine this with travel across England, Europe and the world, attending the rugby world cup in Japan last year. I love to cook, especially Caribbean and Japanese food. When not doing this myself and my partner take our Canadian canoe on the rivers of East Anglia.
