Hello, my name is Amanda Newport and I am the Home Manager of Grosvenor House care home. Our aim is to make living in the home a warm, positive experience for all of our residents, families and staff. Together with my team, we ensure that all our residents are treated with respect, dignity and as individuals.
We encourage residents to maximise on their abilities and assist them with their respective needs. We have an open door approach. Even if it is just someone dropping in to see what we are all about.
