Everyone at The Manor has made Mum feel welcome since she arrived. The level of care that has been shown to Mum has been second to none and to see her so much more engaged is really lovely. When we visit, we are also met with a warm welcome and feel part of the family. So happy that we managed to move Mum and she is now somewhere she is settled and we have great comfort that she is safe and looked after.”
