Greensleeves Care is a charitable, social care Trust providing residential and nursing care throughout the Midlands, East and South of England. We currently operate 24 homes and care for over 900 residents.

We are looking for a Senior Training Officer who will be responsible for both internal and external training across all the Trust’s Care Homes.

Reporting to the Director of Quality & Compliance, you will manage the team of in house trainers to ensure that all mandatory, compliance and required training is delivered to meet the Trusts KPI’s, Deliver mandatory and compliance training and facilitate external training providers.

The successful candidate will possess significant experience of working as a trainer in social care preferably with a special interest in care of the elderly and/or dementia and will have ‘train the trainer’ qualifications in most of the mandatory training areas.
