Senior Care Assistant

Senior Care Assistant required to work as a part of a highly motivated, accomplished team providing supervisory support to a qualified team of care staff in the provision of a unique person-centred service.

The successful candidate must:

• have a minimum of 2 years proven supervisory experience in the care of older persons
• Have the minimum of NVQ / QCF level 2 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards achieving it
• Be able to audit, guide the team and write person-centred care plans both paper-based and electronically
• Must be able to order, administer, dispose of and audit all medications in the home
• Be prepared to lead their team by example in their professional approach to caring for the residents inclusive of working to creating a truly Edenised environment
