Our care home Sharnbrook House are now seeking a Receptionist Part-Time for 20 hours per week.  Sharnbrook House is a stunning period care home, set in beautiful grounds complete with stunning landscaped gardens and its own lake

In this role you will ensure all guests and visitors are given a friendly and professional welcome, whilst maintaining security of our Home. You would also assist the management team with administration duties as and when necessary.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the homes Receptionist, you will:
Deal with general correspondence and administrative matters
Deal with telephone queries and enquiries as necessary

General filing, photocopying and organisation of systems

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
• Previous Receptionist Experience
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• An understanding of Confidentiality
• Strong organisational and communication skills
