Greensleeves Care are now recruiting for a Home Manager for our care home, Speirs House in New Malden. Our 36 bedded nursing and residential home provides an exceptional environment that our residents thrive in. ABOUT THE ROLE

As Home Manager, your role is the most senior position in the Home.  Reporting into the off-site Divisional Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of running the home including ensuring the provision of the highest care standards, developing the home, increasing and maintaining occupancy and managing the budget.  The role will also require you to lead an established staff team.

Candidates should note that the role of Home Manager will involve some flexibility. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, be on call and answer emergencies.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a registered RGN with a current PIN Number with substantial experience of managing a Care/Nursing Home, a high level of care knowledge and strong communication, leadership and organisational skills. With prior experience and understanding of person-centered care, you will have the ability to manage both the care and ancillary functions of a care home.

To apply for this position you will must also have an NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership or a Registered Manager Award (or equivalent). We will also accept candidates with this qualifications and a lapsed nursing pin, but with a wealth of nursing home experience to bring to the role.
