The main focus of the role is to ensure that our gardens and grounds are beautifully presented and immaculately looked after. In addition the post holder will be expected to support the home’s Maintenance worker with general repairs and upkeep.
This is a part time position based on 20 hours per week, generally worked between 8:00 and 16:00, with flexibility to work at weekends for events; for example our annual summer fete.
The successful applicant for this role will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn. Good team working skills are essential. You will be required to take part in any associated training activities in order that you ascertain the skills and knowledge to carry out your role in an effective and safe manner.
Ideally applicants should be conversant with the use of grass cutters, strimmers and hedge cutters.
