Responsible to: Business Process Manager

Direct reports: 0

Location: Field based, with regular travel to Greensleeves Care Homes located across England.

Salary: £41,800pa Plus £4,000 per annum car allowance which is tax and NI deductible.

Purpose of the Role:

The Digital Transformation Support person will work closely with the Business Process Manager to roll out and install new System’s and to deliver specific training activities which have a significant impact on the digital transformation process across the business allowing the company to be more efficient and competitive within the care sector.

To train new and existing colleagues on all System applications alongside the implementations.

What You’ll Do:

  • To be the face of Transformation and a key contact for Operational and Head Office Teams during Implementations.
  • Collate and manage relevant data required to ensure successful implementation.
  • Be responsible for the training and coaching of new and existing Operational and Head Office colleagues on Systems being Implemented
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Transformation being Implemented
  • To assist with data preparation activities as directed by the Business Process Manager.
  • Conduct meetings with a range of stakeholders to identify operational requirements, collate feedback and weekly Implementation meetings with Homes involved.
  • Ensure all Implementation Targets and deadlines are achieved.

What you will need to succeed in this role

  • Knowledge of Health and Social Care Processes and regulations.
  • Prior Implementation experience within the care sector
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Able to evaluate colleague needs, internal workflows, and business processes.
  • Report writing abilities and an aptitude for analysing data.
  • Self-directed, ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • A demonstrable ability to solve problems.
  • An understanding of and empathy with the not-for-profit care sector
