At Speirs House, we provide nursing, residential, dementia, respite and end-of-life care in a calm, leafy part of New Malden, close to Coombe Hill, Malden Golf Club and Kingston Hospital. Our home has a small, close-knit feel, with 36 bedrooms and a skilled team who take time to understand each resident’s health needs, routines, preferences and personality. As a charity-run care home, our focus stays on people, comfort and continuity of care.
We are especially trusted for nursing care, with trained care staff supported by qualified clinical nurses. This gives residents the reassurance of attentive day-to-day support alongside the confidence that more complex health needs can be cared for with skill and consistency. Our Good CQC rating across all categories, positive reviews from resident and families and trusted reputation with healthcare professionals reflect the standards we work to every day.
Life at Speirs House is gentle, sociable and familiar. Residents enjoy freshly prepared meals, comfortable lounges, landscaped gardens and a varied activities programme shaped around individual interests. Our Home for Life funding assurance means residents continue to be supported in the event their funds run out, providing extra peace of mind in a place that truly feels like home.
