The philosophy of Lavender Fields is that all our residents come first, and are encouraged to live their lives to the fullest. We recognise everyone is an individual and with that in mind we endeavour to ensure that everyone remains individual. When you enter Lavender Fields you are starting a new journey that we hope will be an enjoyable experience. We want you and your family and friends to feel that they are entering home from home.
I operate an open door policy and will always have time for a chat and a cup of tea. I am proud of the team I lead and am totally confident that all in our care lead a fulfilled life, in a family environment.
