Arden House

Arden House is an attractive Regency property in Leamington Spa. Originally three terraced houses built in the early nineteenth century, it stands in the elegant Clarendon Square, one of the last remaining squares of this kind in the town, and is within walking distance of parks, shops and a bus service.

Accommodation

Arden House has a total of 32 rooms, most with ensuite facilities. Each room is fully furnished to a high standard. Residents are encouraged to bring in personal items such as pictures, ornaments and small items of furniture. The rooms are also equipped with a nurse call system, TV point, easily accessible light switches and plug sockets. Residents may have a telephone in their room at their expense.

Facilities

There are three comfortable lounges for residents as well as a small conservatory. There is a pleasant well laid out garden with full access. There is a passenger lift to all floors and a call system throughout the home. There are tea bars and refrigerators on all floors for resident and visitor use.

The home arranges a regular programme of activities, outings and trips for the residents. There are also regular visits by a hairdresser and chiropodist.

Dining

Our catering team is committed to providing interesting and nutritional meals. Residents are offered a varied menu for each meal, with a choice of tasty and well presented food. Residents may eat in the dining room or take meals in their rooms if desired. All medical and special diets are catered for.

Staffing

A qualified and experienced Manager and team provide 24 hour management cover for the home, and they are ably supported by trained care assistants, catering and domestic staff.
