There is a passenger lift to all floors and a call system throughout the home. There are tea bars and refrigerators on all floors for resident and visitor use.
The home arranges a regular programme of activities, outings and trips for the residents. There are also regular visits by a hairdresser and chiropodist.

Leamington made its debut in the Domesday Book in 1086 . Arden House is a Grade 2 listed building and was built between 1828-1832. It once belonged to John Line a shoemaker from Daventry who had over 150 employees in his company.
