Greensleeves Homes Trust is a highly innovative provider of care for older people. We do this in 17 residential & nursing care homes across the Midlands, Southern and Eastern England.

As an organisation we are constantly adapting to meet the needs of older people. We have successfully introduced the Eden Alternative approach to care to improve the quality of life for residents at all our homes. The Eden principles provide a framework to transform traditional approaches to care into the creation of communities where life is worth living and where older people can thrive.

We are committed to developing our staff, and we are delighted that the excellence of our homes and staff has been recognised in a series of national and regional awards.

Greensleeves continues to look forward with exciting new building projects, along with the maintenance and improvement of our homes, always looking to respond to the needs of the local community. Indeed, we see all our homes as part of their communities and we encourage links to be developed with local schools, churches and community groups.
