As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:
- Lead and support a team of Care Assistants during night shifts.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with residents’ care plans.
- Carry out regular checks, medication administration, and accurate documentation.
- Provide emotional reassurance and companionship to residents who may need extra support overnight.
- Liaise with nurses, families, and other professionals to maintain exceptional standards of care.
- Ensure a calm, safe, and homely environment throughout the night.
To apply, you will need:
- Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in social care level 2 or other relevant qualification
- Proven ability and experience in safe administration of Medication
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Experience of providing care
