What You Will Do
As a New to Care Apprentice Care Assistant, you will:
- Support residents with daily living activities in a kind, respectful and person-centred way.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Learn essential care skills from experienced practitioners.
- Work as part of a team to provide safe, compassionate support and promote independence.
- Whilst doing all of the above, remembering “fun and laughter!” are an essential part of everybody’s day!
