Apprenticeships at Greensleeves Care

ApprenticeshipsAt Greensleeves Care, we’re proud to invest in our people. We’ve developed a career changing apprenticeship programme to give you the skills and knowledge to excel in your career.

Whether you’re a front line carer who aspires to be a leader, or new to the industry with a passion to offer outstanding care to your service users – we’ve got an apprenticeship for you.

But wait, aren’t apprenticeships for school leavers?    Not at all!

In recent years, apprenticeships have been completely overhauled to provide adults of any age and experience with the skills they need to progress in their career.

Apprenticeships are open to anyone over the age of 16, living in England and not in full-time education.

At Greensleeves Care, we offer a range of apprenticeships for people at every stage of their career, from assistant level through to management.

Ready for Social Care

About City & Guilds and the Ready for Social Care course

City & Guilds is a global leader in skills development, supporting over four million people each year to develop skills that help them into a job, progress on that job and to prepare for their next job.

Greensleeves Care are excited to be the first employer to endorse the City & Guilds Ready for Social Care course and to welcome applications from those who have completed the course and are interested in working in social care.

On the course, participants can explore whether a career in social care is right for them. Once they have completed the course, they will receive a digital credential from City & Guilds which they can use to prove their training and showcase their skills when applying for a job in social care.
