Exceptional care begins with exceptional people. Greensleeves Care wanted to show its appreciation by bringing forward part of the annual pay increase, demonstrating just one of the many benefits of working for the number one care charity in England.
From November, all carers, senior carers, and nurses will receive a 5% increase in their hourly rate as a thank you for all their hard work and commitment to the Trust. All care professionals will be paid above the current Real Living Wage.
A pay increase will also be implemented for all other frontline roles in April. As an organisation this goes a long way to show their ongoing appreciation for the outstanding care and support that is delivered to the ladies and gentlemen living in Greensleeves Care homes.
