Greensleeves Care has once again been recognised in the carehome.co.uk Top 20 Large Care Home Groups in England for 2026 – a remarkable milestone and the organisation’s ninth consecutive year – and the tenth time overall – being featured in the list of the country’s highest-rated care home groups.
The annual carehome.co.uk awards are based on independent feedback from residents and their families and friends, and are widely regarded as a benchmark for quality and satisfaction in older people care settings. Greensleeves Care’s continued inclusion year after year reflects sustained commitment to high standards of compassionate support and excellent resident experiences.
Greensleeves Care reached a strong group score of 9.5 out of 10, underlining the breadth of the positive experience delivered at the 27 homes part of the leading care charity. Greensleeves Care is also one of only five not-for-profit providers featured in the list. This distinction highlights the organisation’s success in delivering outstanding care outcomes through mission-driven values.
