We have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Support Manager to join our dynamic Care team. As a Divisional Support Manager at Greensleeves Care, you will be supporting the Divisional Director in ensuring our care homes deliver the highest possible standards of care and service. Working alongside the HR Advisor and Learning and Development Advisor, you will also support the registered managers with the day-to-day running and development of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deputise for the Divisional Director where necessary, including attending board meetings
- Support the Divisional Director in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
- Coordinating and delivering professional support to a growing portfolio of Greensleeves Care registered services
- Supporting the registered managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home, you will also contribute immensely to the successful integration and mobilisation of new homes within the division
The Successful Candidate:
- Management Degree or equivalent management experience
- Registered Managers Award or equivalent
- Substantial experience of working within the Regulatory Framework relevant to Residential Care Homes
- Proven track record of meeting service standards and targets
- Experience of financial management, budget setting, monitoring and determining corrective action
- Experience of delivering against strategic and business plans in relation to care delivery services
- Robust experience of managing professional staff e.g. HR, Learning & Development and Property, including the setting of team objectives appraisal
- Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework underpinning practice in relation to the care of older people
