About the role:
Greensleeves Care are recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Divisional Support Manager to play a key role in the Central Division. This leadership position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy care environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. You will support the Division in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of care, and leading a dedicated team. As a Divisional Support Manager, you will:
- Support the Divisional Director in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
- Lead on fostering a culture that embraces change, and with a determination to improve services to residents and provide support and guidance to staff.
- To both sustain and improve services within the Division. This may necessitate improved performance against CQC national standards and indicators.
- Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager or Homes Support Manager (Peripatetic).
- Undertake other duties as may be reasonably requested and assigned by the Divisional Director.

- Management Degree or equivalent management experience.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or Equivalent.
- Substantial experience of working within the Regulatory Framework relevant to Residential Care Homes.
- Experience in financial management, budget setting, monitoring and determining corrective action.
