Greensleeves Care are endorsed with Skills for Care and an Assured City and Guilds Provider who offer a range of free learning and development to our staff.Our Greensleeves Care Home Henley House in Ipswich is now seeking an Administrator to provide an administrative service for the Registered Manager. We work as a team in the office, and support each other at all times. You’ll be working in the main office with the service support manager and the care & compliance manager.
What you’ll be doing
As the Administrator of the home you will:
- Deal with general, telephone enquiries and correspondence and administrative matters
- Be responsible for the maintenance of personal records of staff, including sickness and absence, holidays, timesheets, payroll, general filing, photocopying and organisation of systems
- Support the Registered Manager with Recruitment Advertising and onboarding new hires
What you’ll need
- Previous experience of working in an office and undertaking general administration duties
- Strong organizational and communication skills, professional and confident telephone manner.
