As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will:
- Generate all private resident contracts, and Local Authority placement acceptances, ensuring that policies and standard templates are adhered to.
- Raise all invoices for private residents, Local Authorities and NHS/ICBs, ensuring that billing aligns to contracts.
- Work closely with Home Managers and Regional Colleagues to ensure that the resident finance journey is smooth and in line with policy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding admissions, funding changes, discharge and debt management.

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Recognised bookkeeping/finance qualification and/ or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous experience of working in an accounts receivable role.
- Experience of high-volume invoicing
