As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will:
- Accurately input supplier invoices into the accounts system.
- Support the Accounts Payable Manager in preparing regular BACS payment runs, highlighting invoices which require prioritisation.
- Maintain the purchase ledger by posting and allocating payments accurately.
- Work closely with administrators and budget holders to resolve any issues related to suppliers and supplier invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and discrepancies are managed efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding the approval and processing of invoices and payments.

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Recognised bookkeeping/finance qualification and/ or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience of high-volume invoicing
