As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
  • Supportthe team in registering high volumes of purchase invoices, checking the accuracy of the invoice content and coding.
  • Line management of three Accounts Payable Administrators.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the purchase ledger, monitoring payment and credit allocations, aged balances, and items on hold.
  • Ensure adherence to purchase ledger policies, processes and controls.

To apply, you will need:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Experience of leading an Accounts Payable function.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing an Accounts Payable team.
  • Experience in a multi-site or multi divisional organization.
