Care Home Open Day – celebrating the Arts in Care
We would like to invite our local community to visit Sharnbrook House on Friday 28th June from 11am.
The gardens will be open to the public from 11.00 with tea, coffee and refreshments available to visitors all day.
We will be having a variety of creative activities running throughout the day. This ranges from a clay workshop and collaborative painting, to poetry recitals by staff and music hall songs by residents.
In the afternoon we have a performance/percussion workshop by local musical charity Pink Rooster. This will be followed by a prosecco and strawberries reception, celebrating an exhibition of residents artwork. We will also be showcasing our writing project ‘Travel Stories’ which explores the theme of landscape and memory.
We look forward to seeing you!
