Greensleeves Care is a charitable, social care Trust providing residential and nursing care throughout the Midlands, East and South of England. We currently operate 24 homes and care for over 900 residents.

We have a fantastic opportunity for two Training Officer’s to join our training team. Reporting to the Senior Training Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Both internal and external training, delivering mandatory training to staff, and ensuring a high quality of external training providers.
The Ideal candidate will possess:
- Substantial experience of working as a trainer in social care, preferably with a special interest in care of the elderly and/or dementia and will have ‘train the trainer’ qualifications in most of the mandatory training areas.
The positions are field based and may suit candidates who have preference to support Care Homes in the Central and West Region (Isle of Wight, Hampshire, Bedfordshire, and Wiltshire) or Central and East Region (Midlands, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire).
