What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Care Assistant in our Care Home, The Briars, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You will lead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities. You can also expect to administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans. Like everyone at Greensleeves Care, Senior Care Assistants will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents as well playing their own part in creating an environment that’s warm, welcoming, and vibrant.

What you’ll need

You should have a QCF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) with previous experience in providing care. With proven ability and experience in the safe administration of medication. We welcome applications from HCA’s, Health Care Assistants, Support Workers & Domiciliary Carers.
