Our care home, Clarendon Lodge, are now seeking a Receptionist to provide all guests and visitors a friendly and professional welcome, whilst maintaining security of our Home. You would also assist the management team with administration duties as and when necessary. The shift pattern for this role is 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, – 10AM – 3PM.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the homes Receptionist, you will:

  • Deal with general correspondence and administrative matters
  • Deal with telephone queries and enquiries as necessary
  • General filing, photocopying and organisation of systems

To apply, you will need to have:

  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Previous reception experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
