We are recruiting a Quality Standards Auditor to join the Quality team. This role will be field-based with regular travel to our Care Homes. We will be booking interviews with candidates as they apply therefore early application is encouraged. 

About the Role:

As our Quality Standards Auditor you will support the Quality and Risk Manager to oversee quality assurance and improvement throughout the Trust. You will assess, evaluate and monitor compliance of registered services; to embed quality assurance and governance processes across the Trust. In this integral role, you will work closely with Registered Managers across all regions, supporting the homes with auditing and reporting of metrics required to evidence CQC or other relevant regulatory bodies (e.g. data to populate PIR).

About You:

You will have extensive experience of working in social care, implementing performance & quality management systems, benchmarking services and provider performance and of developing trusting and supportive relationships with a wide range of staff.

Knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Clinical Governance, Audit and Risk Management procedures, of a range of quality improvement systems and an understanding of all relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks, is essential. A full driving license and access to a car is essential for this role.
