Greensleeves Care is currently recruiting for an experienced traditional & online Marketing and Communications Manager.

Purpose of the role:
The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for delivering core tactics in the Greensleeves Care marcomms strategy to help drive occupancy and progress our corporate goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate interest and leads through effective marketing and comms strategies
- Manage effective campaigns from start to end
- Manage content and assets
- Brief and manage the production of designs, working with the Greensleeves Care designer
- Oversee the placement and production of traditional marketing materials, including print and Out of Home (OOH) advertising
- Ensure strong digital presence
- Support corporate and internal communications
- Support engagement with internal teams, residents, families, and external partners
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns and marketing tactics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Act as a representative of the Trust and deal with Trust customers, stakeholders, advisors and the public in a professional manner at all times.
- Encourage team-working and effective communication with colleagues.

What you will need to succeed in this role
- Educated to degree level or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Experience in managing multiple programmes of work or accounts
- Previous experience working as a manager or senior officer in a marketing role.
- Planning and developing marketing campaigns with a clear impact on sales and business results.
- Experience in traditional and online marketing & communications strategies
- Experience in planning and producing ‘above the line’ marketing materials, from print ads to OOH advertising.
- Experience in producing strong content for digital channels (this role will work closely with a digital marketing manager)
- Working knowledge of media buying and ability to judge opportunities – from OOH to local magazine ad space.
- Delivering communications work alongside marketing, including corporate pieces (e.g. annual reports) and press.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to drive momentum, identify key priorities and manage multiple demands effectively
- Experience in managing project budgets.
