What you’ll be doing? 

Mount Ephraim House Care Home are now seeking a Maintenance Worker to help maintain the day-to-day physical structure of our home. You’ll maintain up-to-date estates, facilities, security, and fire safety. Maintain paintwork to a satisfactory standard both internal and external as directed. To drive the homes’ minibus as required.

What you’ll need

• A trade or similar qualification
• Experience in a similar role within maintenance (or experience in a trade),
• Extensive experience of carrying out repairs, general decoration, basic electrical,
• plumbing and carpentry
• Demonstrable experience of Fire and all Health & Safety checks and other legislative obligations along with the associated record keeping
• Strong communication and organisational skills,
We would encourage those with prior experience as Plumbers, Painters, Decorators to apply.
