This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to join a highly reputable organisation, with a passion for providing the highest quality, person centred care underpinned by the Eden Alternative philosophy.

We are looking to recruit a Home Manager who will:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of running the home including leading an established team, maintaining occupancy and managing the budget.
  • Have previous experience of managing a care home within elder care as well as knowledge and experience of person centered care.

We welcome applicants from across England who wish to relocate to the Isle of Wight.
