Greensleeves Care is a charitable, social care Trust providing residential and nursing care throughout the Midlands, East and South of England. We believe that ageing should be a continued stage of development and growth, and as a result, our homes are characterised by variety and spontaneity. We pay unremitting attention to care quality and many of our homes have won national and regional awards.
The Briars care home in Sandown on the Isle of Wight is one of the best care homes on the island delivering exceptional residential care and the best possible dementia care.
The Briars is assessed as being “Outstanding” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which places it in the top 1% of all care homes in the country.
We are looking to recruit a Home Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of running the home including leading an established team, maintaining occupancy and managing the budget.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager to join a highly reputable organisation, with a passion for providing the highest quality, person centred care underpinned by the Eden Alternative philosophy.
Candidates must have previous experience of managing a care home within elder care as well as knowledge and experience of person centered care.
We welcome applicants from across England who wish to relocate to the Isle of Wight.
