Head of Finance

ABOUT THE ROLE   

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Finance will provide day to day leadership of the finance function, providing accurate and timely history financial information and will manage the cash position of the Trust to ensure ongoing viability. Crucially, you would provide support in establishing a long-term corporate financing strategy incorporating a full Treasury Management process.  In this integral role, you will support the CFO in enabling the Trust’s mission through the delivery of sustainable growth, ensuring the Trust makes informed capital investment decisions to maintain and strengthen its long-term position in the care sector.

ABOUT YOU 

You will be a qualified management accountant seeking a new challenge within the social care sector. With substantial experience of working in a senior finance role, you will bring a wealth of experience to lend to Greensleeves Care and our continued growth. You will have exposure reporting at board level, leading small teams, extensive detailed experience of the production of Budgets and longer-term financial forecasts and cash flows. Candidates with a background in charitable or not for profit organisations are desired but this is not essential.
