Handyman

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Worker at Torkington House.   

We are looking for someone to work for us 20 hrs a week ( 4 hours over 5 days). days and shifts can be discussed at the interview.

The purpose of the role will be to maintain the day to day physical structure of the Home, fabric and equipment in liaison with the Home Manager.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of carrying out repairs, general decoration, basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry and experience with dealing with onsite building contractors.

You will have a trade or similar qualification and/or experience within a maintenance or similar environment. Clean driving licence is essential.
