Greensleeves Care is currently recruiting for a Family Liaison Manager to join our successful Business Development team. The post holder will cover our Greensleeves Care homes in Kent and surrounding areas.

Purpose of the role:

The post is a Trust-wide role that will optimise sales of rooms to private fee paying residents to ensure revenue and occupancy targets are met

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales leads and conversions to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Homes to manage enquiries, track prospective customers, and guide them from initial enquiry to final decision, building trust throughout the process.
  • Respond to sales enquiries promptly to maximise conversion rates and conduct family visits professionally, enhancing the visitor experience.
  • Support Home Managers and staff in the sales process, ensuring they are well trained.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to keep Homes competitive.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing on lead generation programs and marketing initiatives to achieve effective results

What you will need to succeed in this role

Essential:

  • A relevant sales and/ or marketing qualification to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Proven consultative sales experience and knowledge of sales monitoring systems
  • Substantial experience of customer relationship building
  • Ability to use own initiative and communicate at all levels
  • Collaborative work style
  • Commitment to Greensleeves Care vision, values and services

Desirable

  • Experience of Care, healthcare, Social services
  • Broad knowledge base of care pertaining to older adults
  • Ability to drive and access to own car
