We are seeking a Family Liaison Manager to join our successful Business Development team. This post is a Trust-wide role that will optimise sales of rooms to private fee paying residents to ensure revenue and occupancy targets are met.

LOCATION: Able to commute into London to support multiple sites

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Family Liaison Manager you will generate and convert sales leads to meet occupancy and revenue targets. You will work with Homes to maintain records of all enquiries and track prospective customers from initial enquiry to final decision, creating a range of lead generation programmes. You will be integral in supporting our prospective candidates, building trust and positive relationships with prospective customers.

With the support of the Home Manager you will initiate, organise and run events that promote the services. You will be an ambassador of Greensleeves Care, actively promoting the service and the trust by clear, respectful and helpful communication with all potential customers.

ABOUT YOU: 

You will be a consultative sales professional with substantial experience of customer relationship building. With experience of effective partnership working, you will have full knowledge and understanding of the referral and assessment process and sales monitoring system.

Candidates will require a relevant sales and/ or marketing qualification to degree level or equivalent experience. This role will be predominantly looking after our homes in Rickmansworth, Milton Keynes, and Bedfordshire, with candidates ideally within commutable distance, flexibility would be advantageous as on occasions there will be an expectation to support other homes in nearby counties due to the requirements of the business.
