Our care home, Glebelands Care Home, have an exciting new vacancy for an Estates Supervisor!
As the Estates Supervisor, you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all buildings and grounds at the Glebelands Estate from a maintenance perspective with a particular emphasis on Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and related compliance for all areas.
- Provide a safe and hazard free environment.
- Monitor and manage general upkeep of the buildings and day to day maintenance issues.
- Ensure the Property Advisor and Home Manager is kept abreast of the schedule of planned maintenance work.
To apply, you will need:
- NEBOSH Diploma or Occupational Health & Safety qualification
- COSHH training
- A trade or similar qualification
- Site Management Safety Training
- First Aid and Fire Marshall Training
