Greensleeves Care have an exciting new role of Digital Transformation Director

About the role:

The Digital Transformation Director will develop and implement the digital transformation strategy and plan for Greensleeves Care, ensuring this is aligned with the Trust’s overall vision and strategy. Crucially, you will use both your change management and digital transformation experience to engage with and create solutions for all stakeholders.

In this integral role, you will take full leadership responsibility and advise on digital transformation programmes across the Trust as digital transformation expert and will be accountable for capital and revenue expenditure related to digital transformation projects and initiatives, providing quarterly update reports to the Board of Trustees.

You will hold a recognised programme management qualification e.g. MSP, PRINCE2.

Who we are seeking:

  • A recognised programme qualification e.g., MSP, PRINCE2
  • Experience of working at Senior Management/ Director level in a large organisation leading on digital and information services
  • Substantial experience of designing, owning and evaluating organisational transformations and delivering large scale change that add value
  • Demonstrable experience in project management in an ERP deployment across multiple business units
  • Proven experience of providing strategic and technical leadership to large organisations
  • Knowledge of the contemporary digital landscape of organisations
  • Experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation practices to an organisation to drive sustainable improvements in business performance
