Care Assistants ~ Nights

Gloucester House provides high quality care for up to 51 residents who require Residential, Dementia & Nursing Care.

We are looking for individuals to join our team as Night Care Assistants.  The role requires you to provide wakeful night duty cover in the home, ensuring the well-being of residents; this includes attention to building security with special reference to fire prevention.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate they can provide a high standard of person centred care to our residents; whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice. You will be able to support residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, as well assist residents with personal hygiene.

You will have an understanding of the needs of residents and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality. Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma is preferred, but not essential.

A comprehensive induction will be provided, along with ongoing training and development opportunities.
