Carers (Days and Nights )Pay ranges from £11.37 to £12.24 depending on NVQ level

Senior Carers (Days and Nights) Pay ranges from £12.89 to £14.55 depending on NVQ level

Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Mobility Support: Help clients with mobility challenges, including transferring, walking, and using mobility aids.
Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals while adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations, social activities, and provide emotional support to clients.
Monitoring Health: Observe and report any changes in a client’s physical or mental condition to the supervising healthcare professional.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily activities, vital signs, and any incidents.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times, following established safety protocols.
